What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this site: your email address and, if you give it, your store's web address. Nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not fingerprint you, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Why we collect it
To reply to you about Birds Eye Commerce, and for nothing else. We use it to send you the read on your store you asked for, and to answer you if you write back.
Where it lives
In a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the United States, and in our email. Access is restricted to the people who run Birds Eye Commerce. The database is configured so that the record cannot be read from a browser by anyone, including you.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell it, rent it, share it, or pass it to advertisers. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf because they have to in order to run the service, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear you are not interested and we clear it out. Ask and we will delete it — no form, no retention attempt, no conditions.
How to get it deleted
Email hello@birdseyecommerce.com and say so. We will delete the record and confirm. You can also ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you.
When this changes
Connecting a store's Shopify, analytics or advertising accounts involves data this policy does not yet describe. We will publish an expanded policy covering exactly what we read, how long we hold it and how to revoke access before we ask anyone for that access.
